Quotes for services/supplies are: Earthwork, trucking, underground utilities, structural concrete, structural and miscellaneous steel, electrical, mechanical, masonry, painting, reinforcing bar, precast concrete, building skin systems, roofing, doors/hardware, joint sealants, interior finishes, erosion control, and miscellaneous.

In order to assist MBE/WBE/8A subcontractors and suppliers, we will divide the work into smaller units and communicate all schedule information to increase the likelihood of participation.  We require 100% Performance and Payment, or Supply Bonds.  Subcontractors and suppliers can access plans and specifications at our online partition at the Builders Exchange website (please call us for username and password).  If you will be quoting as a subcontractor or material supplier and are not familiar with our standard “Subcontract Agreement”/“Material Contract” which we require to be executed, please contact us for a copy.
